Ki-Young Sohn, Chairman/Founder, oversees all investment and business development activities within FAS Holdings and his major focus and direct involvement is the execution of all financial programs.Has incubated many start ups and has brought up more then dozen companies to public offering.

Jonathan R. Pirnazar, M.D., Assistant Clinical Professor, UCI, Department of Ophthalmology. Served as Chief Resident and a fellow in Corneal and Refractive Surgery at UCI. Expert in Corneal Transplantation, Complicated Cataract Surgery, LASIK, and Dry Eyes.

Amel Touhmi, M.D., Ophthalmologist specializing in Cornea & External Diseases, Corneal surface tissue bioengineering, and tissue banking. Currently directing our clinical trials for dry-eye in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

Basil M. Hantash, M.D., PhD., completed his Dermatology Residency, Postdoctoral training in the Program for Regenerative Medicine, and a prestigious fellowship in the Biodesign Innovation Program at Stanford University. He received his MD and PhD (pharmacology and physiology) from New Jersey Medical School, where he was inducted in the AOA Medical Honor Society and graduated as valedictorian of both his Graduate and Medical School. Dr. Hantash received his BS in Biology and minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, where he was the recipient of a Howard Hughes Research Fellowship. Dr. Hantash has performed over a dozen clinical trials, has more than 20 patents pending, and has published over 65 scientific peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, and chapters. He remains intimately involved in humanitarian relief work and is an award-winning poet featured in several books and one audio CD.
